2 The Meet2Talk Subscription Service
When you use our Subscription Service on either the desktop application or iOS and Android Applications (log in to our Service) we set the following cookies.
- A cookie is set while the user is using the service (session cookie). This cookie is necessary in order for your device to be in contact with our server.
- A cookie is set for authentication and authorisation when a user logs on to the service. This allows the system to recognize the user and authorising access to the service.
- We also store essential data elements (local storage) to enable certain features and remember your preferences. For example, for authorisation when you log in, for updating messages from your connections, keeping location groups updated, and to remember that you have seen our introduction when you log in for the first time.
